At Seragon, we foster a proactive culture of safe behavior and risk management to promote the well being of our colleagues. We review programs intended to maintain the safety of our workforce, which complement existing measures we take to ensure ongoing safety management throughout Seragon’s facilities, sites, and operations.
As a responsible organisation, our leaders are equipped to promote safety awareness, focus on reducing injuries in the workplace, and providing insights to improve our safety practices. Onsite and in office, Seragon protects our workers from injuries and encourages preventative measures to reduce harm. We do not tolerate threatening or offensive behavior and we encourage employees to promptly report any issues, unsafe conditions, or work-related accidents that compromise their safety.
Performing and promoting workplace health & safety
We establish a strong culture that promotes workplace health & wellbeing. We maintain this with a precautionary approach to minimise risk impacts that establishes several objectives in safety assessments:
- Support a healthy workforce that dedicates their daily work to protecting and serving the community.
- Reduce emergencies and prevent injuries in the workplace to manage risks. We take appropriate measures to assess risks and provide training and measures that minimise safety impact.
- Aim to build company wide initiatives that support healthy & wellness programs, focus on prevention, and help our workforce prevent future risks and health issues by practicing Seragon’s safety policies.
